I used Crumb Cake for the base of the card and I embossed it with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.
The Happy Birthday Wishes is from the Petite Pairs stamp set and I stamped it with Crumb Cake ink and then cut it out with the 1-1/4 Circle Punch. I attached it to a Pink Pirouette 1-1/38 Circle.
The cone was made with the Pennant Parade stamp and the ice cream is made with the Cupcake punch.
