How to make Fringe Pencils

 Stampin' Up! Fringe Scissors

During my live stream on UStream last night I shared how to make Fringe Pencils with the Stampin' Up! Fringe Scissors.  You can find them on page 31 of the Occasions Catalog.

If you participated in the live stream ... Thank YOU!!  All of you were wonderful and played by the rules.  The live stream was recorded and will be available on my Chic n Scratch You Tube channel ... click HERE to watch it.  The recording on UStream has been deleted due to overage charges (I exceeded the allowed the first hour of streaming).

To make them you'll need ....

  • Fresh Designer Series Paper
  • Fringe Scissors
  • Sticky Strip

Cut  your paper to measure 8-1/2 x 3 and fold it in half before you cut it with the Fringe Scissors.

Here's a video on how to make Fringe Pencils.

If you're reading this blog post in your email please visit my blog to watch the video.

Stampin' Up! supply list:

When I was filming the video I did not realize that I had used the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. I had to edit that part out ... we are allowed to share the finished product but not the actual assembly until Sale-a-bration starts on January 28th.

    Hi Angie,
I watched the u-stream last night and for the first time I didn’t get any commercials. I had some freezing (twice) . The quality is very good and the sound is great.
    Thanks for showing those scissors.
    Have nice day.

Made one tonight, very easy and it dawned on me, if you turn it upside down it could be a witches broom. That’s another idea I’ll make some with lollipop sticks painted brown for Halloween. :) Great idea Angie. Thanks for sharing.
