I arrived home last night from Founders Circle and the picture I’m sharing with you is of all the awesome goodies we were given.
Don’t you LOVE that pillow? I have to say I love getting things for my house …. especially when they match my color scheme!!
I had a great time at Founders Circle and thank you all for your well wishes and your kind words!!
I don’t have many pictures of myself from last week … but here’s one of Joyce and I.
We all have things we dislike about ourselves and things we would like to change ….. getting sick every time I travel is one of those for me. I’ve decided I need to stop complaining or saying I’m sorry and just accept it. Maybe if I do that it won’t happen again …. but I’m not holding my breathe!!
I had one final blog candy I was going to post on Saturday but I slept in …. shock I know considering the day before I hardly left my hotel room.

Right now since it’s fall I’ve been using Tangelo Twist a lot. I’m really liking the color the more I use it.
Glad you are home and getting back into the routine! That means lots of good ideas for us. I love so many colors but I have to say this year Lost Lagoon and I have become fast friends. It was a color that was featured in my daughter’s wedding and so versatile.
I have a hard time deciding but I like Melon Mambo and any of the 2013-15 In-Colors. : )

I really feel for you being ill each time you travel. I get really nauseated and have so much sinus pressure and ringing in my ears-it is awful. I can’t hear for my first 2 days of my vacation! I know that doesn’t compare to what you go through (plus I don’t travel much). Even if you do accept it, that still doesn’t mean you aren’t going to have to recoup and rest more. Awww, yes, that was very sweet-I miss my dogs so much when I travel. I know she was VERY happy to see you also. Feel better:)
Looks like the trip was very lucrative! I, too, love the pillow, but of course the stamp sets are what caught my eye. Right now my favorite color is Lost Lagoon. It’s such a calming and beautiful color.

Sorry about getting sick. I know that’s hard when you deserve this special trip for all your hard work. Have you tried airborne or taking extra probiotics before you go? Tip for not getting sick when you travel……Try Airborne (if you haven’t tried it). I take one before I head to airport, one when I head home and definitely one when I am going to be around those adorable grandchildren (and others with snotty noses,sniffles, etc). works for me and if I do get sick, I don’t feel as bad and it doesn’t last as long. and now they have chewables which are great.

At Christmas time I always go back to my favorite, Cherry Cobbler. It is such a pretty red and goes with everything.

My husband was out of town for 3 nights last week & when he arrived home, I took our 6 mo old puppy out to greet him. Well, when Sadie, puppy, saw him, she nearly jumped out of my arms. I am a red girl. I have liked the color red since I was little and wanted my bedroom painted red. That did not go over very well and I ended up with a color close to Wisteria Wonder, which I grew to like. However, when I choose clothes or anything for myself nowadays, I always go to Real Red first. Boring, I know, considering all of the other beautiful colors out there, but it is a classic that I hope will never go out of style.
It is very hard to pick a favorite but I use pool party more than anything else!

Angie, please do not feel like you are alone with the getting sick every time you travel business. I am 63 years old and have been all over in my travels and have been sick almost every time I am there or when I get home. Don’t let that stop you if you do you will never get there I have chronic sinuses therefore when we fly–guess what happens? Same old scenario!! I just suffer through and keep on trucking and you will too. You just learn how to work around those issues. So sorry you were not feeling your best however it sure looks like you got lots of lovely goodies. Feel better and can’t wait to see what you create next!
