12 Weeks of Halloween 2015 Week 10

 12weeksofhalloween2015week10b

The Candy Box is the 10th project for the 12 Weeks of Halloween.

I used Happy Haunting Designer Series Paper to make the box and you can get four of these boxes out of one sheet of Designer Series Paper.  Make your first cut at 4" and then cut that piece at 8 (this is the first one) Take the remaining piece of DSP and cut it at 4" two more times ... that gives you four!

I used the Merry Everything Stamp Set and to get both colors of ink on the image I first inked the image with Tangelo Twist and then tapped on some Black Stazon.

Tomorrow is Newsletter day ... that means an exclusive video is heading out to my newsletter subscribers only and I'll be sharing an idea using the same Merry Everything Stamp Set  ... more info tomorrow!

Here's a video on how to make the 12 Weeks of Halloween Week 10 .....CLICK HERE to watch the video on my Chic n Scratch website.

  24. Belinda P

Love this little box. So cute. Funny story, I lived in Kansas City a long time ago and was able to go to a few of the Royals games. But, every time I attended, they lost. So after a while, my co-workers asked me not to go with them because I seem to have this curse following me. I don’t even watch them on TV if I want a team to win. Yep, that’s me. I will hope for a win for you all. Have fun.

    • Angie

Belinda, I know how you feel! We didn’t score last night until I went to get something to eat …while I was gone … they scored 4 … thank goodness there were TV’s in the Craft and Draft room!!

  25. Karen Bull

Love your ring. Are you selling this product now? If so, do you have a catalog or can it be found on the web? I have two granddaughters that will graduate from high school and I think they would love something like this.

    Thanks, Carol

    • Paula

    • Angie

      Hi Carol,
Yes, I’m selling South Hill Designs as well :) I’ve been looking at it ever since my friend Sam joined and I kept resisting and I just couldn’t any longer.

I’d love to send you a Catalog … could you do me a favor and complete the form requesting a catalog? that way I will have you in my database, Here’s the link to request one: link to chicnscratchlockets.com

  35. Mary Beth Krakowski

I have loved your ideas each week, where on earth do these ideas come from? Thanks for the inspiration.

  36. Lynnie

I look forward to your tutorials. You are talented and very generous to share with everyone. I only wish my neighbors would mow during the day time. They wait until 11:00 pm when I am in bed. We have about 20 hours of daylight in the summertime in Alaska and it is so easy to loose track of time if you don’t work.

  37. Susan Bajdek

I have really enjoyed making all of these Halloween projects. They are all darling.

  38. Shirley

    Very cute!

  54. Maggie

Cute, cute, cute…thanks for another great project.

  55. Buffy Scott

What another great project. I really appreciate all the Halloween projects. Also, please do not stress the lawn mower!! I could early hear it. I’m sure everyone else could not hear it either until you said something. I am sure it bothers you more than it does us AND it is louder for you than us. Please stop stressing it.

  56. Carol Carriveau

Wonderful…love how bright and fun these are!

  57. Deepa M.

    Hi Angie,

Love this week’s box, it’s just the right size and I’m excited that you can get several made out of a single sheet of DSP. I couldn’t hear the lawnmower at all in the video, and I was listening for it. I can’t wait to see the last two projects for Halloween!

  58. Sadly we are coming toooo close to the end… cute treat box!!

  59. SUGGESTION – Maybe you could add a page to your website labeled “Winners” and list all the winners on that separate page?
