Succulent Garden Bella Treat Bag

Succulent Garden Bella & Friends Treat Bag

succulentgardenbellatreatbagb

This is the project we made during Facebook Friday #16.  The Succulent Garden Bella Treat Bag.

If you're one of my newsletter subscribers, this is one of the projects I shared with you earlier this month (I used different stamps, ink, paper and accessories).  I usually send simple card ideas but every now and then I like to surprise you with a 3D project!  If you would like to receive these exclusive ideas, please sign up for my Stamping Basics Video Series (link to join is at the top of my website).

To make this bag, I used two 6 x 6 pieces of the Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper (cutting and scoring measurements are provided in the Inspiration Sheet and the video tutorial).

I used the Bella & Friends Stamp set and I stamped Miss Bella on Shimmery White card stock and colored her with an Aqua Painter and Sahara Sand ink.  The greeting can be found in the Basket Bunch Stamp Set (Occasions Catalog).

Here's the video tutorial ... feel free to fast forward through my chatter!!!

Bella's Bundle #3

Just a quick update:  Registration ended last Monday, I placed the order on Wednesday (spent Tuesday changing SAB choices due to sold out product).  We are expecting the order to arrive on Tuesday evening and everything is on track to ship out later this week!    As stated previously, the Online Class material will be available the day after the bundles ship.

Bella's Bundle #4  - Change

We are making a small change to our bundle line up.   We will not be offering the Succulent Garden Bundle for April and the Nailed Bundle will take it's place.  And, we'll skip the month of May.  More news on that soon!

This is just as cute as the Bella bag you received almost. The little “B” personalized collar tag maybe sent the other one over the top. I will be making some of these cute bags once I decide on what paper to use! Thanks again for great directions.

Bag is super cute. Love the Bella and Friends stamp set. Do you still autograph them? Mine is too sweet :)

Hi Angie, here’s a thought….. you could always make a larger bag using one sheet of DSP if you made the second sheet a coordinating solid color card stock. Then just use that one for the back only. The sides, front, and bottom will be the DSP. You can go clear up to 8 1/2″ square. That would make a pretty large bag without having to use up 2 DSP sheets and you would still have a bit of DSP scrap left over. It would also give s little more stability to the bag, too. Hope this is helpful to your readers.
